The compact size of the Genie AWP Super Series gives the user the ability to work with the equipment as close as 8 centimetres from a wall. The ability to work this closely makes tasks easier without having to utilize more than one equipment to perform a single job. Being the smallest in the industry, the effectively designed X-pattern outrigger footprint is a popular feature which enables the operator to operate close to the job. These small, lightweight equipment could fit through regular-sized doorways. Equipment units up to 9.1 meters, which are the AWP-36S and AWP-40S models, do not have to be tilted back when going through standard-sized doorways due to the design of the tilt-back frame. The six-point wheel and caster rocker base system could easily be maneuvered over bumpy thresholds, over debris and around corners. Units are easily loaded onto trucks, even pickup trucks, due to the lightweight design of the machinery and the exclusive rear mast pivot bar. For added ease of transport and versatility, there is an overhead crane attachment point, tie-down attachment points, forklift pockets, and outrigger storage included.
This equipment control could be accessed easily and are user friendly. Controls on these units would comprise: a dual-activated up/down switch, a locking key switch, outrigger setup confirmation lights, and a low battery indicator. In the case of a power failure there is an auxiliary platform-lowering feature which allows for descent. This specific feature is standard on all DC and AC units.
The mast system on the Genie is the most durable system around. This patented system is manufactured from aircraft-quality aluminum giving the user peace of mind and comfort through all working heights. Some models have ground fault interrupter receptacle platforms for portable use of power tools.
The numerous standard features available on each and every model are designed to fit the user's requirements and provide the ability to increase efficiency and safety for all of your application requirements.
