FM GRU Tower Cranes were established during the year 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is located within the biggest industrial place in northern Italy. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, different kinds of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.
In 1963, the company started crane production. The company eventually invested all of their financial resources and human resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru now makes and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These equipments are engineered and designed for a variety of applications and there are available units which can cover all construction requirements.
Some models offer really flexible lifting options for businesses that are constructing small buildings and private houses. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are particularly designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
